Your child is a SAGE
Here’s how to turn their caution into confident action

Your Sage’s thoughtful mind is a gift—but overplanning kills dreams. Let’s build frameworks that honor their need for security while nudging them forward.

Key traits of a Sage

🔍 Analytical thinker – They dissect every angle before deciding.

🛡️ Risk mitigator – Safety nets are non-negotiable.

🧠 Introspective soul – They reflect deeply on their place in the world.

HIDDEN DANGER

Sages stuck in “analysis mode” become adults who watch life pass by—still drafting plans at 40, paralyzed by “what-ifs.”

Does this sound familiar?

❌ They avoid new experiences without guarantees.

❌ Overthinking stalls even small decisions.

❌ You worry they’ll miss opportunities waiting for perfection.

I now use storytelling to help Gen Z script their successful future.
Where traditional motivation fails with Gen Z, my cinematic approach speaks their language.

3 MISTAKES TO AVOID

🔍 Mistake #1: The “Just Pick One Thing” Demand – Don’t force focus; it’s like asking a whirlwind to stand still.

Example: “Pick one thing and stick to it!”

🔍 Mistake #2: Framing Tasks as Chores – Avoid rigid tasks talk; it feels like a cage, not a compass.

Example: “Clean your room—it’s non-negotiable.”

🔍 Mistake #3: Demanding Life Decisions Now – Skip the straight “get a job” talk; it lands like a lecture, not an adventure.

Example: “Declare your major by Friday.”

How to motivate your Sage

Strategy 1: Micro-experiments

Test ideas in bite-sized steps.

Example: “Shadow a graphic designer for a day before committing to courses.”

Strategy 2: Safety-first planning

Map backup plans to ease anxiety.

Example: “If the internship doesn’t fit, we pivot to online certifications.

Strategy 3: Wisdom validation

Celebrate their strategic mind.

Example: “Your critique improved the project—how can we apply that insight next?”

LOST IN THE MAZE OF POSSIBILITIES?
LET'S DRAW THEIR MAP TOGETHER

Desperate Child

You’ve made it this far—which means you’re not the kind of parent who settles for “they’ll figure it out eventually.”

You’ve seen the risks. You’ve spotted the patterns. Now comes the real question:

“What’s next?”

Let’s cut to the chase:

Your SAGE doesn’t need fixing.

They need a guide who speaks their language.

Someone who’s been lost in the same maze of passions and “what-ifs.”

That’s where I come in.

I GET IT. I WAS THERE TOO.

When I was 15, I thought I had it all figured out.
I wrote songs, performed, and even got interviewed.
I was doing everything right, right?
I thought my path was clear.

After all, who wouldn’t want to be a rockstar, or at least live like one?

Fast forward a decade and a half, and I’m 30.

I’m crying in the middle of a street, wondering where it all went wrong.
I had the music career: 10+ albums released.
I had the film career: 10+ short films presented in international festivals.
But no success. No fame. No nothing.

Just a degree — actually, three degrees — and a normal office job.
Eight hours a day. At a desk. For a paycheck that barely covered my bills.
I had no time to take care of myself. My body was slowly falling apart.
And I was still living with my parents, terrified I wouldn’t even be able to afford a place on my own.

I thought, “How did I get here?”

Desperate Teen at the Office

And the truth? My parents didn’t get it either..

They thought I’d “come to my senses” and find something “stable.”
At one point they even suggested I apply for a job at a funeral home.
Yeah, you heard me. Funeral home.
I was selected from over 2,000 candidates for the job, but I wasn’t trying to sell tombstones.
I was trying to figure out how to make my life mean something.

Tombstone - Job Application

I didn’t know it at the time, but I was lost. Spinning in circles, trying to grasp onto anything that might work.
My talent, my work ethic, all of it — it was scattered.
And I wasn’t alone in this.

How many times have you heard your kid say, “I don’t know what I want to do with my life” or “I’m just trying to figure things out”?

I’ve been there. And trust me, it’s suffocating.
But the key to it all wasn’t about the music, or the films, or those damn degrees.

It was about understanding something deeper. A shift happened in me.

I realized that the stories I was telling in my music and films weren’t just art. They were life.
And the way I could shape those stories? That was where the magic lay.
I wasn’t lost anymore because

I started designing my life instead of reacting to it.

Martin Basile

I took control.
I stopped chasing jobs.
I stopped looking for quick fixes.
I built my financial freedom by studying investments — stocks, crypto, real estate, you name it.
I turned what I had learned into a system. A system that helped me make sense of the chaos and create a roadmap for my future.

And let me tell you, the change wasn’t just financial.
I got my health in order.
I improved my diet, cut out the junk, and started taking better care of myself.

Guy at the gym

My body, mind, and soul — they were finally aligned.
I wasn’t living under the pressure of needing success to survive anymore.
I created art because I wanted to, not because I had to for money or validation.
And that’s when everything clicked.

Today, I’m not only producing art I’m proud of, but I’m getting millions of streams on my music.

Martin Basile, Premio Bindi

I’m able to invest in my future. And I’m building the freedom to live on my own terms, with the people I love, doing what I love.

And you know what the best part is? People started to notice.

Friends, colleagues, acquaintances were asking me, “How did you do it?”
And that’s when I realized. My purpose was not just to tell stories. It was to help others live theirs.

Today I teach what I learned. I have created a system that combines storytelling, introspection and practical strategies to turn chaos into direction.

To help those who, like me, feel lost.
To make sure that…

No one has to lose 15 years like I did.

TZ

So many people feel stuck in the same way I was, thinking they need to do what everyone else expects.
But you don’t need to.

I found my way out of the mess, and I’m showing others how to do the same.

It’s time for your child to stop waiting for life to hand him the answers.
He’s not lost. He’s just waiting for the right tools.
And trust me, I’ve got them.
